The National Commission for Women under the leadership of Chairperson,NCW organized a National Consultation on the Implications of Adolescent Consensual Relationships in India.

विद्या माता श्रीमती राजरानी जी की पुण्य स्मृति में आयोजित वार्षिक व्याख्यानमाला में ‘विकसित भारत हेतु नारीशक्ति का योगदान’ पे अपने विचार रखे। पूर्व सांसद और विद्या माता श्रीमती राजरानी जी के सुपुत्र श्री तरुण विजय, राज्यसभा सांसद श्री नरेश बंसल और शहर के गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे। ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान तहत पौधारोपण भी किया।

राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की माननीय अध्यक्षा श्रीमती विजया रहाटकर जी आज उत्तरांचल विश्वविद्यालय, देहरादून में आयोग द्वारा आयोजित “Campus Calling” कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि रहीं। कार्यक्रम के दौरान छात्रों को POSH, लैंगिक समानता और साइबर सुरक्षा जैसे विषयों पर जागरूक किया गया।

छत्रपति_संभाजीनगर स्थित निवासस्थान पर आज दीपावली के शुभ अवसर पर राजस्थान के महामहिम राज्यपाल और हम सभी के मार्गदर्शक श्री हरिभाऊ बागडे जी से सौजन्य भेंट की। अनेक विषयों पर आत्मीय संवाद और चर्चाएँ हुईं।

राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की सदस्य डॉ. अर्चना मजूमदार ने श्रीनगर केंद्रीय कारागार का दौरा किया।

राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग द्वारा लुधियाना में महिला जनसुनवाई का सफल आयोजन किया गया। आयोग की सदस्य श्रीमती ममता कुमारी जी ने इस जनसुनवाई की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कुल 44 मामलों का समाधान किया।
