CPGRAMS is Single Window interface for Citizens, Grievance Redressal Officers and Appellate Authorities. Grievances registered by the aggrieved citizens on CPGRAMS Portal are scrutinized and action is taken for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Complainant must lodge his grievance at the website https://pgportal.gov.in.
The following issues are not treated as Grievance:
