Ms. Nivedida Subramanian, an advocate and mediator from Guruvayoor, Thrissur, Kerala, has over 12 years of experience in legal practice, along with more than a decade of professional experience in administration, human resources and finance in the Gulf. She has been practising in the Civil and Criminal Courts of Chavakkad since 2006 and has been a Supreme Court-accredited mediator since 2015. Her areas of professional experience include civil and criminal litigation, tribunal and magistrate court matters, legal drafting, documentation, mediation and dispute resolution.
Ms. Subramanian has also served as an Independent Director of Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL), contributing to the Board, CSR, Audit and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee responsibilities. During her professional tenure in the Gulf, she held roles spanning human resources, administration and finance, with responsibilities including recruitment, training, payroll, compliance, documentation and organisational management. She holds an LL.M. in Labour Law from Annamalai University, an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI University and an LL.B. from Mangalore University, along with qualifications in management and business administration.
